Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant / Business Analyst to support an enterprise engagement by owning the development of end-to-end (E2E) business test scripts across Oracle Fusion and a number of integrated applications.

The consultant will work closely with project stakeholders, functional SMEs and application SMEs to understand end-to-end business processes and translate these into comprehensive, executable test scenarios and scripts.

While SMEs will provide functional input for applications outside Oracle Fusion, the consultant must be capable of working autonomously once introduced to the relevant stakeholders and processes, proactively gathering the information required and driving test-script development through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed end-to-end test scenarios and test scripts covering business processes spanning Oracle Fusion and integrated applications.
- Analyse business processes, functional requirements, solution designs and process flows to determine appropriate E2E testing coverage.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders, Fusion SMEs and application SMEs to understand process steps, system interactions, dependencies and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements and functional processes into clear,



structured and executable test scripts.
- Define test prerequisites, test data requirements, process steps, expected results and validation points.
- Ensure test scripts appropriately cover cross-application workflows and integration touchpoints.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities and missing scenarios and proactively work with SMEs to resolve them.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements/processes and test scenarios/scripts.
- Review and refine scripts based on feedback from business users, SMEs and the project team.
- Support preparation for SIT, end-to-end testing and UAT, as applicable to the engagement.
- Coordinate independently with relevant stakeholders while keeping the Project Manager and project team informed of progress, risks and dependencies.
- Produce high-quality testing documentation suitable for execution by business and/or testing teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Test Consultant.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, preferably including Project Financials / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and associated financial processes.




- Demonstrated experience creating end-to-end test scenarios and detailed test scripts for enterprise applications.
- Experience testing business processes that span multiple systems/applications and integration points.
- Ability to understand end-to-end business processes rather than testing individual system functions in isolation.
- Strong requirements analysis and business process analysis capabilities.
- Ability to conduct discussions with SMEs, extract the required information and independently convert this into test documentation.
- Understanding of SIT, E2E testing, UAT, regression testing, defect management and test lifecycle processes.
- Solid documentation skills with the ability to clearly define preconditions, test data, test steps and expected results.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with limited supervision while working within a broader project team.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with broader Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement or related modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and cross-system business processes.
- Previous experience supporting large ERP implementation, transformation or upgrade programs.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center or similar.
- Experience working with geographically distributed/onshore-offshore project teams.
