Position: Export & Import Specialist – International Logistics & Trade Operations Location: Kozhikode Experience: Min 2 -5 Years of Experienced skilled with solid experience in International Trade / Export & Import Operations / Logistics Coordination / Customs & DGFT Compliance / Documentation Salary: 3.6Lacs Key Requirements & Responsibilities Communicate and coordinate with international buyers and customers.

Handle product testing, inspection, COC, and test reports.

Coordinate mandatory sampling/testing, export clearance, and certificates with the Spices Board.

Manage complete export and import documentation.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines.

Ensure compliance with Customs and DGFT regulations.





Handle shipment booking and container planning.

Track vessels, shipments, and cargo movements.

Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Negotiate freight rates with shipping and logistics service providers.

Handle Incoterms and export costing.

Manage bank/AD-bank documentation and export proceeds.

Resolve customs clearance and shipment-related issues.

Maintain accurate shipment records and compliance documentation.
