Reputed Agro Chemical Company Requires Inhouse Sales Head

Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google and other online platforms.
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable agrochemical products.
Share product details, quotations, catalogues and pricing with customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead status.
Negotiate with customers and coordinate for order closure.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and orders.
Coordinate with the dispatch/accounts team for order processing.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.
Identify genuine and potential B2B buyers and dealers.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

Requirements
Graduate / relevant qualification.
Experience in in-house sales, tele-sales or B2B sales preferred.
Basic knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia and online lead handling.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.




Good knowledge of MS Excel / basic computer operations.
Confident in handling calls and customer follow-ups.
Sales-oriented with positive negotiation skills.
Ability to convert online enquiries into business.
Knowledge of agrochemical products will be an added advantage.
