Job Description
This role gives you the prospect to:
Deliver bespoke learning intervention for our client organizations across more than 10 industries designed with a sharp focus on the business impact
Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
Be a part of Chrysalis HRD’s internal learning interventions
The expectation from you in the role will be to:
Understand and deliver interventions as per the Chrysalis HRD design and facilitation guidelines
Understand and conform to Chrysalis HRD facilitation standards
Be committed helping participants improve their skills to achieve the desired business impact
Travel across the state to deliver the Intervention
Experience:
5 years of experience is sales, either in Insurance, Retail or Telecom industry.
5 to 8 years of experience in delivering behavior-based learning interventions to entry, middle and senior level participants in corporates
Education
Post graduation in any discipline
