Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM customization and plugin development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions, integrating external systems, and supporting business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
Develop and maintain Plugins , Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Rules.
Create and customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, dashboards, and security roles.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
Configure and customize Model-Driven Apps within Dynamics 365.
Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Develop and optimize FetchXML, Web API, and Dataverse solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.




Follow best practices for CRM development, performance optimization, and security.
Required Skills
5-12 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core .
Hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM Plugin Development .
Experience with Custom Workflows, Actions, Business Process Flows, and JavaScript customization.
Expertise in Dataverse, FetchXML, Web API, and CRM SDK.
Experience in CRM integrations using REST/SOA services.
Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of CRM Security Model.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in Power Pages.
Exposure to Copilot for Dynamics 365.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Knowledge of Azure Integration Services.
