We currently manage 60+ active campaigns on Meta , working with a team of ad specialists, designers, and editors , and are growing consistently month over month.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist focused on performance, optimization, and results. This is a fully hands-on role working directly inside ad accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management – Manage, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads , continuously improving CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Campaign Testing – Test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve results.

Creative Collaboration – Work with designers and creatives to continuously improve ad performance.

Requirements





Industry Experience – Experience running campaigns for Med Spa, Beauty, or Home Service businesses in Meta ads.

Performance Skills – Strong performance marketing and analytical skills.

Funnels & Tracking – Understanding of funnels, tracking, and CRM-based lead flows.

Work Style – Detail-oriented, independent, and results-focused.
