Manager– Employee Experience & Engagement

About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, creative and hands-on Manager- Employee Experience & Engagement to help us build a highly engaging employee experience at Amber.
The role will primarily focus on Employee Engagement and Employer Branding , with opportunities to contribute to broader people initiatives and HR projects.
We’re looking for a go-getter - someone with excellent communication skills, fresh ideas and strong execution who enjoys working with people and can take an initiative from idea → planning → execution .

What You’ll Own
Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, recognition programs and culture-building activities.
Bring fresh ideas to improve employee connection, participation and overall workplace experience.
Support employee listening initiatives, surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate initiatives end-to-end, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Employer Branding
Help build Amber’s employer brand through engaging people and culture content.
Create and execute campaigns around employee stories, workplace culture, events and key people initiatives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and other teams on employer branding initiatives.
Support content for LinkedIn,



career pages and other employer-brand channels.

People Communication
Create clear and engaging communication for HR initiatives, events and organisational updates.
Support employee-facing communication across email, Slack, presentations and internal channels.
Confidently interact with employees and participate in or host employee events and forums.

Broader HR Initiatives
Support HRBP and other people initiatives based on evolving business priorities.
Work on projects across employee experience, HR processes, technology, AI and automation.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in HRBP, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding or a related HR role .
Educational qualification in Human Resources is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, energetic and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.
Creative, proactive and a go-getter with a strong ownership mindset.
Strong planning, coordination and execution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
Exposure to employee events, internal communication, culture initiatives or employer-branding campaigns is preferred.
Curiosity around AI, technology and new ways of working in HR .
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
