We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and some prior internship experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed
Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous internship experience in non-IT recruitment (mandatory), preferably in bulk Hiring
Basic understanding of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.)
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Strong interest in talent acquisition(Non It Hiring)
