Why this role exists
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Product Marketing to build and lead the Product Marketing function at JustCall, SaaS Labs' flagship B2B SaaS product.
This is a high impact Product Marketing and GTM leadership role for someone who can translate market insights, customer needs, competitive intelligence and complex product capabilities into compelling positioning and revenue driving GTM strategies.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to define how JustCall is positioned in the market, drive product launches and adoption, enable Sales, strengthen competitive differentiation and connect Product Marketing initiatives directly to pipeline, win rates, revenue and customer growth.
This role is ideal for a B2B SaaS Product Marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with robust execution and thrives in a fast paced, high ownership environment.
What you'll actually do
- Own product positioning and messaging for JustCall, ensuring our value proposition and differentiation are clear across customer touchpoints,
buyer personas and sales stages.
- Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence and market intelligence function, including competitor tracking, alerts, battlecards, market insights, pricing, packaging and messaging analysis.
- Lead GTM strategy and product launches end to end - from market research and positioning to launch planning, sales enablement, adoption and performance tracking.
- Partner closely with Sales and Enterprise Sales teams to strengthen outbound motions, customer conversations, objection handling, competitive positioning and win loss strategies.
- Develop compelling sales enablement content, battlecards, messaging frameworks, pitch narratives and other tools that help Sales teams win more effectively.
