Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant Location: Pan India (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Experience Level: 5 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Work extensively on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements. Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs. Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts as required. Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.



Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams. Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation. Required Skills: 5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience. Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM . Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development . Experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies / UI Actions Script Includes ACLs Workflows / Flow Designer Notifications Catalog Items Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs . Good understanding of JavaScript . Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping . Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
