Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screening and preliminary phone/virtual interviews. Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds and manage smooth communication between hiring managers and applicants. Onboarding Support: Help execute joining formalities, host orientations, and maintain candidate tracking databases. Required Qualifications: Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR/recruitment. Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
