About the Role As a Senior Account Manager - Philippines , you will manage a dual-focus sales role covering both: Hunting: Winning new enterprise customers Farming: Expanding and strengthening existing strategic accounts You will work closely with C-level executives and HR leaders to understand their talent challenges and position solutions that create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and close recent enterprise business opportunities, particularly within the BPO industry Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts Build strong relationships with C-level executives and HR leadership Understand clients’ business challenges, talent needs,
