- Ensure Compliance with Labour Laws and industry regulations.
- Work towards Org Development and building the organization.
- Be involved in Stakeholder Management including Government bodies, Panchayat, etc.
- Build and handle a team.

A Successful Applicant Would Have

- 20-30 years of experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale Greenfield Projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Full-proficiency in Telugu/ Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Tulu language is a MUST.
