About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers, trainees, or professionals with up to 6 months of experience in international customer support processes, particularly voice-based support.

The successful candidate will interact with customers through calls, emails, and chat channels, providing exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction. If you possess excellent communication skills, are comfortable working in night shifts, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Handle multiple customer conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures,



and service standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- B.Sc.
- M.Sc.
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Tech

- Freshers, trainees, or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in international customer service or calling processes are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle email, chat, and voice support effectively.
- Good multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
