? Hiring – Specification Executive - building & construction industry| Delhi/NCR
? Location: Delhi/NCR
? CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
? Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Government Departments.
- Identify and develop Government, Institutional, Commercial & Infrastructure projects.
- Drive product specification at the design stage and ensure inclusion in BOQ, tender documents & approved vendor lists.
- Conduct technical presentations and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Track projects from specification → tender → award → execution → order conversion.
- Build and maintain a robust project/specification pipeline.
- Monitor government tenders and coordinate with Sales/Project teams for conversion.
- Handle technical queries, samples, product documentation and compliance requirements.
Required Profile:
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Specification, Project Sales, Consultant Management or Institutional Business Development.
- Strong network with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors or Government/Institutional stakeholders in Delhi/NCR.
- Experience in Building Materials / Construction Products / Architectural Products / Sanitaryware / Tiles / Flooring / Façade / Lighting / Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / Hardware preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.
