We’re Hiring: Assistant Curator / Gallery Manager About FormForge FormForge is a Noida-based sculpture and design studio working across site-specific artworks, public installations, sculptural objects and gallery-led presentations. Our projects involve close collaboration with artists, architects, designers, fabricators, galleries and private clients. We are looking for an Assistant Curator / Gallery Manager who can work closely with the founder and studio team across exhibitions, artwork coordination, client communication and project execution. This role would suit someone with experience in galleries, art institutions, design studios or artist studios who understands both the creative and practical side of presenting and managing artworks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate exhibitions, previews, studio visits and artwork presentations Assist in curating and presenting sculpture collections and current bodies of work Prepare artwork information, captions, labels, exhibition notes and supporting material Maintain updated records of artworks, dimensions, materials, editions, availability and locations Coordinate artwork movement, packing, shipping and installation Liaise with galleries, collectors, architects, designers and project teams Manage communication and follow-ups related to artwork enquiries and ongoing projects Coordinate photography, documentation and presentation material for artworks and exhibitions Support development of portfolios, artist presentations, exhibition decks and proposals Coordinate with fabricators,



installation teams and external vendors where required Assist with placement, display and presentation of artworks at exhibitions and client sites Track project timelines and ensure communication between the studio, client and execution teams remains clear Research galleries, exhibitions, artists, institutions and relevant opportunities Support outreach for exhibitions, collaborations and gallery relationships What We Are Looking For 2–5 years of experience in a gallery, art studio, design practice, museum or cultural organisation Strong understanding of contemporary art, design and exhibition environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with clients, collectors, architects and galleries Strong coordination and follow-through Good visual judgement and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple artworks and projects simultaneously Experience with artwork handling, exhibition installation or logistics would be an advantage Familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace or similar presentation tools Interest in sculpture, public art, collectible design and contemporary art practices Location: Noida Role: Full-time, work from office Location: Noida Website: formforge.com We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing an artwork, coordinating its movement, preparing its presentation and ensuring that the final experience is executed properly.
