What you will be doing: Drive Enterprise and Government sales for Audio Visual solutions. Identify and develop opportunities across corporates, enterprises, government departments, PSUs, institutions, consultants. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers , government stakeholders, consultants, system integrators, and project partners. Identify and track upcoming enterprise projects , government tenders, GeM opportunities, and institutional requirements. Understand customer and project requirements and work closely with Pre-Sales to position the right end-to-end AV solution.



Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and opportunity identification to requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Develop and maintain a strong project and chance pipeline through market mapping, customer engagement, tenders, and project tracking. Take ownership of assigned accounts and drive business growth through solution-based and consultative selling. What we are looking for: 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Government Sales , Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales within the AV or ELV industry. Experience working with enterprise customers, government departments, PSUs, institutions, consultants, or large projects. Excellent communication, presentation and business development skills. Willingness to travel extensively for customer, government, and project meetings. Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata
