Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–5 Years Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: USA Business Hours / US Client Support Shift Position: Permanent Key Skills • Tanium With SCCM / Automox – Patch Management • Tenable / Rapid7 – Vulnerability Management • CrowdStrike / SentinelOne – Endpoint Security • TruOps / Cyberfusion – Risk & GRC • Okta / CyberArk – IAM / PAM • ITSM, Excel, dashboards & reporting Responsibilities • Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and servers • Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gaps • Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cycles • Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA status • Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teams • Maintain documentation,



reports and compliance evidence Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations, Experienced in Tanium with SCCM/Automox . • Good Experience OS like Windows/Linux/macOS patching • Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Management • Robust troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills • Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabad Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
