Endgame is a date-to-marry app for people who are intentional about finding love. We're built for people who want a relationship that leads somewhere, not another situation ship.

Dating apps today optimise for engagement. We optimise for outcomes. That means hard product choices - a cap of number of people you can interact with at a time, and a visibility system that gives reliable profiles a fair chance to be seen instead of rewarding popularity. We're building in one of the world's largest and most culturally complex relationship markets, where dating apps and matrimony sit side by side and neither serves long term-minded people particularly well.

We're early, launching in Bangalore, and deciding things now that will shape the company for years.

What You Will Do
Work directly with the founders on the decisions that set direction: which markets and cohorts to go after, how we grow, what we charge for, and what we say no to.
Own high-impact projects end to end, from framing the problem to shipping the outcome.
Work across product, growth, operations and finance to move key initiatives forward.
Run structured analysis on the numbers that actually matter: gender balance, match and conversation quality, retention, and the economics of acquisition versus monetisation.
Build the business reviews, dashboards and decision frameworks the founders run the company on.
Turn ambiguous questions into clear plans. "Should we expand beyond Bangalore, and how would we know we're ready?" is the shape of the work.
Track execution across stakeholders and make sure things land on time.
Evaluate new growth bets, partnerships and channels — organic social, community, offline events, matchmaking and matrimony ecosystem tie-ups, and category-defining positioning against both dating apps and matrimony platforms.
Bring the outside in:



competitor moves, category trends, regulation around verification, safety and trust, and shifts in how India approaches marriage.
Operate comfortably at both ends — strategic thinking one day, hands-on execution the next.

What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience, ideally in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, or a strategy role at a high-growth startup.
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability, especially with ambiguous, open-ended problems.
Comfort with data. You can build the model, interrogate the numbers, and explain what they mean without a deck.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to get up to speed on an unfamiliar function quickly.
Strong project and stakeholder management. You're organised, and things don't slip through you.
High ownership in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to detail with a clear bias towards action.
Genuine curiosity about consumer behaviour, relationships and why people choose the partners they do. You don't need to have worked in this category, but you should find it interesting.
