Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
• S2P / Procurement Business Analysis experience (7+ years) across enterprise procurement
transformation programs
• Strong functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Procure-toPay (P2P) processes
• Hands-on implementation experience with procurement platforms such as GEP SMART, SAP
Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Zycus
• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and authoring functional
specifications
• Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data migration activities
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business
validation
• Strong stakeholder management,

Optional Skills (Positive to Have)
• Strong functional implementation experience with GEP SMART (highly preferred)
• Exposure to Collibra, data governance, metadata management, and data catalog concepts
