Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI tooling and workflows that enable teams to use LLMs effectively in their day-to-day work — designing reusable AI skills, agents, and enterprise integrations using Python, TypeScript, Claude, Cursor, and modern LLM technologies. This is not a traditional ML role; the focus is on applied AI — building reliable, composable systems and making those capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Applied AI
Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building and shipping production-grade systems
Experience with Claude or Cursor AI (Mandatory)
Experience in contemporary LLM development tools, building AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflow orchestration
Experience integrating AI applications with Snowflake, DBT, Slack, Google Drive,



and REST APIs
Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, unit testing, regression testing, monitoring, and guardrails for safety and reliability
Strong understanding of system design, data flow between AI components, observability, debugging, and AI application architecture
Experience working with modern data platforms and analytics engineering practices, including Snowflake, DBT, SQL, data modelling, and data transformation workflows
Familiarity with techniques for controlling model behaviour, including structured outputs, function calling, and prompt/version management
Experience setting up AI development workflows and environments, including prompt iteration, experimentation tooling , and CI/CD for AI systems

Preferred Qualifications
LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP
Vector Databases
Finance or Accounting domain experience
