Experience

- 2–4 years of BPO/Contact Centre experience
- Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader
- Personal Loans / Insurance Sales experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive daily/monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor and improve Conversion, Productivity, CSAT & AHT.
- Manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Attendance & Adherence.
- Conduct coaching, feedback, huddles, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and ensure process & compliance adherence.
- Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Key KPIs

Sales | Conversion | Revenue | CSAT | AHT | Shrinkage | Attrition | Productivity | Quality

Required Skills

- Strong sales and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting

Relevant experience in Personal Loans / Insurance Sales is mandatory.
