We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:
Solid knowledge of Loans Middle Office (MO) and Settlement functions, primarily in the LMA market.
Hands-on experience with SDC setup, Buy/Sell Matching and Inventory Review.
Hands-on experience with ClearPar (CP) is mandatory.
Settlement Date coordination (SDC)
Buy/Sell match
Assignment Agreement, trade Confirms, pricing Letter, Funding memo,



Multilateral netting agreement (MNA )
Delayed compensation(DC), Cost of Carry (COC)
Secondary deal closing.

Eligibility :
✔ Graduate / Postgraduate qualifications such as B.Com , BBA, BBM, BCA, M.Com , MBA, PGDM
✔ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Important: Candidates with experience primarily in Domestic Loans are not eligible for these positions.
