Area Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (Micro & Prime) Location: Chennai Experience: 8–15 years in secured lending, with hands-on exposure to both Micro LAP and Prime LAP segments The Role You will drive LAP sourcing and business growth for the assigned area, managing a team of sales officers/RMs and building a strong channel network across Micro and Prime LAP segments. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and AUM targets for the area across Micro & Prime LAP. Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers. Build and expand sourcing through DSAs, connectors, direct sales team (DST) and open market channels. Drive builder and channel partner tie-ups to strengthen the local network. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and technical teams for smooth file processing and turnaround. Ensure portfolio quality by working closely with collections to control delinquencies (0, X-bucket). Track branch/team-level productivity, yield, and fee income. Ensure compliance with credit policy, RBI norms and internal audit requirements. Identify and appoint recent DSAs/connectors; conduct regular training on product and process.
