Anarock Channel Partner (ACP) – City Head / City Lead Location: Bangalore Function: Anarock Channel Partner (ACP) Role: City Head / City Lead About the Role We are looking for an experienced City Head / City Lead to lead and grow the real-estate business for Bangalore. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, building high-performing teams, managing key stakeholders, and scaling the city’s business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Bangalore real-estate business and achieve city-level revenue targets. Develop and execute city-level sales and business growth strategies. Build, manage, motivate and mentor large sales and operations teams . Drive hiring, training, performance management and team development. Build and maintain robust relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers and key clients . Drive project launches, sales initiatives and marketing coordination. Monitor the complete sales funnel, lead generation, conversions and customer experience. Own and monitor city-level business performance and P&L; . Ensure seamless coordination across sales, operations and customer service.



Identify new business opportunities and scale the city’s real-estate operations. Develop and maintain a strong broker/channel partner network across Bangalore . Requirements 10–18 years of experience in real-estate sales, business development or leadership roles. Strong understanding of the Bangalore real-estate market , developers and projects. Proven track record of achieving revenue/sales targets and scaling teams. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience managing large sales and operations teams. Strong relationships/network with Bangalore brokers, developers and channel partners . Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in P&L;/business ownership. MBA preferred.
