Job Title: Industry Mentor — Pharmaceutical Sciences (Part-Time / Advisory)

About the Role
We are building an applied industry learning programme for pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences students across India. We're looking for practising pharma industry professionals who want to shape how the next generation learns — by contributing short-form content and mentoring students on real-world industry practices.
This is a adaptable, part-time advisory engagement — not a full-time role. Time commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per month.
What You'll Do
Record or review short explainer content on your area of expertise
Mentor students on industry expectations and workplace readiness
Advise on content accuracy and relevance to current industry practice
Domains We're Looking For
Pharmacovigilance and drug safety
Quality assurance and quality control (GMP, GLP)
Regulatory affairs (CDSCO, US FDA, EU frameworks)
Pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing technology
AI applications in pharmaceutics
Clinical research and data management
Supply chain and pharmaceutical logistics
Who Should Apply
Currently working in the Indian pharmaceutical industry with 8+ years of experience
Comfortable communicating concepts simply and clearly
Genuinely interested in improving how pharmacy education connects to industry
Prior teaching or training experience is a plus, not a requirement
