We build professional websites and digital solutions for salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants, coaching centres, real estate firms and other local businesses across India.

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to reach business owners, explain what we offer and close website deals. You will work remotely with leads, a CRM and sales scripts we provide, and you will be responsible for turning leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to business leads provided by the company
Follow up with prospects over phone and WhatsApp
Understand each client's business and recommend the right website solution
Explain pricing, deliverables and the payment process clearly
Handle objections and negotiate within approved limits
Close deals and make sure the client pays the advance
Update every call, lead status and follow-up in the CRM




Hand closed clients over to the onboarding team with complete details
Attend daily team check-ins and share progress reports

Performance Expectations 80–100 calls per day
Minimum 4 closed deals per month after the training period
CRM kept up to date every day
Follow-ups completed on time

Requirements Fluent in Tamil or Hindi, with working knowledge of English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident speaking with business owners on the phone
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)

A quiet workspace for calls

Preferred Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, B2B sales or customer service
Understanding of websites, digital marketing or small business needs

Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month
Incentive: ₹500–₹1,000 per closed deal, no upper limit
