Key Responsibility Areas: Actionable Audit execution Ensure pre-audit preparation and sampling for the audits assigned. Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies. Ensure audit coverage based on the scope of audit for areas assigned. Audit reporting Ensure documentation of audit findings of the audit areas reviewed. Prepare comprehensive audit reports that communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations, and Management responses. Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive work papers documenting audit procedures performed, findings and conclusions. Compliance Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations. Follow up with auditee Management and validate evidence for audit issues resolution.
Educational Qualifications Key Skills Graduation Post-Graduation Skilled Qualification/ Fresh CAs Domain knowledge – Knowledge of bank audit / Retail Assets audits Should have experience of handling audit such as Retail Asset – Home loan, Personal Loan, Vehicle loan, retail asset operation, NPA, Credit audit etc. Audit expertise – Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques, and standards Analytical skills – Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data, identify trends and assess the effectiveness of controls. Problem solving skills – Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations, and discussions. Time management – Efficient planning to ensure timely completion of assignments. IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
