Job Description – ERP Implementation Executive – Digital Evaluation Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: EdTech / University ERP Job Summary We are looking for an ERP Implementation professional with 2–4 years of experience to support the implementation and deployment of our Digital Evaluation module for universities and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end implementation of the Digital Evaluation/Online Valuation module. Understand client requirements and configure the ERP accordingly. Coordinate with university Examination/Controller of Examination teams. Manage processes such as answer-sheet scanning, evaluator allocation, digital valuation, moderation, revaluation and marks processing. Conduct requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing. Coordinate with Product, Development, QA and Support teams for issue resolution.



Conduct client training and prepare user manuals/SOPs. Monitor implementation timelines and ensure timely project completion. Provide functional support during and after go-live. Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation. Travel to client locations when required. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience in ERP Implementation / EdTech / University ERP / Examination Management. Knowledge of Digital Evaluation/Digital Valuation will be preferred. Understanding of university examination and evaluation processes. Good communication and client-handling skills. Experience in requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing. Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage. Robust coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
