Perform detailed audits on contracts and supporting documentation. Resolve escalations and exception cases. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and policies. Support month-end reconciliation activities. Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution. Escrow Review escrow exceptions and balance due cases. Process complex escrow transactions. Validate financial calculations and supporting documents. Support root cause analysis of defects. Governance & Improvement Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback. Assist in training and onboarding of recent hires. Support reporting and MIS preparation. Identify process improvement opportunities. Participate in RCA and corrective action planning.
