About the role
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Executive in Bengaluru to manage our corporate (B2B) training enquiries from first contact to delivery. You will be the main point of contact for HR and L&D; teams at client companies - understanding their training needs, preparing proposals and quotations, following up until the deal is confirmed, and coordinating trainers, schedules and logistics so every program runs smoothly.

Please note: this is a client-facing coordination and sales-support role, NOT a trainer or facilitation role.

Key responsibilities
• Respond to corporate training enquiries (email, phone, LinkedIn, website) within 24 hours
• Hold requirement-discovery calls with client HR / L&D; teams
• Prepare and send proposals, training outlines and quotations
• Follow up consistently and maintain the enquiry and quotation tracker




• Coordinate trainer availability, dates, venue or virtual setup, and training materials
• Collect feedback and attendance, share post-training reports, and support invoicing
• Build repeat business and long-term relationships with existing corporate clients

What we are looking for
• 1-4 years in client servicing, inside sales or account coordination - ideally at a training company, L&D; consultancy or edtech firm (vendor side, not in-house L&D;)
• Experience preparing proposals and quotations for corporate clients
• Confident on calls and strong qualified email writing
• Highly organised, with good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Any graduate; a background in business, management or communication is a plus
