We are looking for an experienced 5G/LTE RF Optimization Engineer with strong Ericsson and Small Cell experience to support network integration, optimization, parameter tuning, and performance improvement across LTE, 5G NR, and small cell networks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform post-integration checks of 5G parameters for new cells and layers, including NR41 and NR600.
Support integration, optimization, and performance validation of LTE/5G small cells.
Enable and validate EN-DC profiles on the Master Node to support EUTRA-NR Dual Connectivity for NR600.
Perform parameter checks and optimization for newly integrated L2100, NR2500, and NR600 layers.
Optimize LTE and VoLTE KPIs following L600 and Anchor project deployments.
Align baseline and LMS parameters following the integration of new L600 carriers.
Generate true-call plots to evaluate coverage changes following L600 deployments.
Perform multi-layer cluster optimization across LTE, 5G NR, and small cell networks.
Analyze network KPIs, identify performance degradation, and implement corrective actions.
Implement new features and tune 4G LTE radio parameters to improve network performance.
Monitor network performance through trending, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.




Review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performance degradation or quality issues.
Troubleshoot handover, throughput, drop-call, accessibility, RACH, and other network performance issues.
Perform RF Layer 3 analysis for optimization and troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in 4G LTE and 5G NR RF optimization.
Hands-on experience with small cell RF optimization, integration, or deployment.
Strong experience with Ericsson radio networks and optimization activities.
Experience with 5G/LTE parameter configuration and LMS parameters.
Experience with NR41, NR600, L2100, and NR2500 layers.
Strong understanding of EN-DC and LTE/NR dual connectivity.
Experience with multi-layer cluster optimization.
Strong knowledge of LTE/VoLTE and 5G KPIs and performance management.
Experience troubleshooting handover, throughput, accessibility, RACH, and drop-call issues.
Robust RF Layer 3 analysis experience.
Proficiency with Ericsson ENM is required.
Must be comfortable working with command-line interfaces.
T-Mobile network experience is required.
