Job Description:

We are hiring Elite Relationship Managers (ERM) for a leading bank across Chennai. Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing HNI / Domestic & NRI client relationships, portfolio management, and providing investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers and increase portfolio book size.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new Domestic & NRI clients.
- Generate new business and customer referrals.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking products, asset products, and digital wealth management services.
- Understand clients' investment needs and provide research-based investment advice.




- Handle client queries and provide suitable investment solutions.
- Manage client portfolios and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Provide investment advisory services to existing and new customers.
- Maintain high-quality sales and customer service standards.
- Provide market feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in HNI Banking / Wealth Management / CASA / Relationship Management.
- Robust customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and sales abilities.
- Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
