Key Focus Areas
Strategy & Leadership: Deploy plant Health, safety & Security strategy and build strong leadership ownership
VPO Safety Pillar: Lead implementation and integrate safety into daily operations
Culture & Behavior: Drive LSR discipline, speak-up culture, and BBS engagement
Risk Management: Enable proactive risk identification and eliminate critical risks
Safety Capex: Manage and align capex to risk priorities (1YP & 3YP)
Continuous Improvement: Drive RCA,

Capability Building: Strengthen frontline and leadership safety capability

Qualification:
5+ years of relevant experience
Btech/Mtech with additional safety qualification
