Objective
This role exists to own the end-to-end growth, profitability, customer lifecycle, and transformation agenda of the Cross Sell - Personal Loan business. The incumbent is accountable for delivering business growth through a combination of customer portfolio monetization, CRM excellence, digital channels, sales distribution, product innovation, analytics-led decision-making and operational rigor
Key Responsibilties
Business Growth & P&L; Ownership - Own Cross Sell - Personal Loan strategy, disbursements, portfolio growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
Monetization of existing customer base - Drive customer segmentation, engagement, retention, cross-sell and repeat borrowing.
Digital Business – Lead digital sales for Cross Sell – Personal Loans
Sales Channel Leadership - Scale and optimize tele-sales and field sales channels to maximize productivity, conversion, and business growth for Cross Sell – Personal Loans.
Analytics, AI, Product & Portfolio Innovation - Leverage analytics, AI, pricing, propositions, and product innovation to improve conversion, profitability, and operational efficiency for Cross Sell – Personal Loans
Need to Have Areas
Postgraduate/MBA from a top tier B School
20+ year experience /Retail Finance Industry
Relevant experience in P&L; Management, Sales, Strategy, Product, Team Management
