About Dame Health
We're a D2C nutraceutical brand built around one gap: most supplements in India are sold on marketing, not evidence. We make science-backed products for fertility, gynaecological and reproductive wellness — menstruation through menopause, and men's fertility too. Every formulation is built on published research and FSSAI-compliant claims, which is why health professionals take us seriously.
Our D2C business is growing. Our B2B channel — doctors and nutritionists who recommend and stock our products — currently runs part-time alongside other work. That's the gap this role fills.

The role
You own the entire B2B channel. Not a slice of it.
Build a pipeline of nutritionists, dietitians, gynaecologists and oncologists across India
Reach them over calls, WhatsApp, email and Instagram — get the conversation, then the meeting
Present our brochures, product literature and ingredient science credibly
Onboard them: explain margins, arrange samples, set up the first order
Own the relationship after that — follow-ups, reorders, coordination, queries. You're their point of contact, not the founder
Represent us at expos and medical conferences
Close collaborations with corporates, clinics and other brands





You'll report directly to the founder and have full ownership of the channel. One metric: sales closed. Not dials, not meetings booked.

You're a good fit if
You have 2–4 years selling to doctors, clinics, hospitals or nutritionists — pharma, nutraceuticals, healthtech, diagnostics or medical devices
You've built a pipeline remotely, over phone and WhatsApp, not only field visits
You can hold a conversation about ingredients and evidence with a qualified professional without overselling or making claims we can't back
You've carried a revenue target and hit it
You follow up without being chased
Nutrition or life sciences background is a plus, not a requirement

You're not a fit if
This would be your first sales job. We need someone who already knows how doctors think and where they can be reached
You've only done inbound or call-centre work from a script
You need a manager to build your day for you
You're only comfortable selling in person, in one city
You're used to promising cures or making claims that go beyond what a label allows. We don't do that, and it would get us both into trouble
