Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle international customers over calls and provide effective solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
Resolve customer issues within the defined process and timelines.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Requirements
Excellent English communication and conversation skills .
Comfortable working in a night shift .
Good listening and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates should be comfortable with Work From Office .
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior international voice/BPO/customer support experience will be an advantage.
Eligibility
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Age: As per company requirements
Location: Bangalore candidates preferred
