Vice President / Senior Vice President – Investment Banking

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced VP / SVP – Investment Banking to drive deal origination and end-to-end transaction execution across multiple sectors.

The role will involve leading M&A;, equity/debt capital raising, and structured finance transactions, while working closely with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, strategic investors, and institutional investors.

Sector Coverage

- Industrials: Manufacturing, Engineering, Capital Goods, Specialty Industrials
- Consumer: FMCG, Retail, Lifestyle, B2C Platforms
- Sustainability & ESG: Climate Finance, Circular Economy, ESG-led Investments
- BFSI: NBFCs, MFIs, Specialty Financial Services
- Healthcare & Pharma: Hospitals, Diagnostics, Pharma Manufacturing, Med-Tech

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, equity/debt raising, and structured finance transactions.
- Drive transaction structuring, valuation,



financial modelling, and due diligence.
- Build and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, and strategic investors.
- Originate new mandates and lead pitches, proposals, and investor presentations.
- Provide strategic advisory on growth, capital structure, and portfolio optimization.
- Lead deal teams and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or PE/VC.
- Strong track record in M&A; and capital raising transactions.
- Relevant sector exposure across Industrials, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability/ESG, or Healthcare & Pharma.
- Solid capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
- Excellent client relationship management, deal origination, and leadership skills.
- MBA / CA / CFA preferred.
