AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Design Engineer.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Structural Design, Weldments, and Casting Design using PTC Creo. The role will support product design and lifecycle management activities, with a strong focus on design accuracy, manufacturability, engineering documentation, and effective change management throughout the product development lifecycle.

Your Impact

- 3D CAD Modeling: Create and modify detailed 3D models and assemblies using PTC Creo, including structural components, weldments, and cast parts.
- Structural & Weldment Design: Design structural and fabricated components considering load requirements, weld joints, manufacturability, assembly, and product performance.
- Casting Design: Develop and modify cast components considering wall thickness, draft angles, fillets, ribs, machining allowances, and manufacturing feasibility.
- 2D Drawings & GD&T;: Generate accurate manufacturing drawings with appropriate GD&T;, dimensions, tolerances, welding specifications, and other production requirements.
- Design Changes & PLM: Manage design revisions and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), while maintaining CAD data, revisions, and documentation through Windchill PLM.

Your Experience and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Exposure to Structural design, Weldments and Casting Design exposure.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design with PTC Creo.
- Hands-on experience with Windchill or similar PLM tools.
- Good Communication skill required.
