The Role

We are looking for a senior, architect-level AI-Focused Forward Deployed Engineer to drive enterprise adoption of powerful AI tools for Software Engineering.

You'll be the primary technical interface for clients, onboarding them, running enablement workshops, translating business needs into AI workflows, and ensuring they get real value. System design and codebase work come in later phases.

Responsibilities

- Leading onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
- Translating customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
- Troubleshooting and guiding clients in real-time
- Relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Supporting integrations, custom configurations, and pilot deployments
- Building client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in software engineering, technical customer roles,



or AI enablement
- Architect-level expertise, capable of providing rapid, effective solutions to complex and evolving challenges
- Robust exposure to enterprise-scale systems and architectures
- Experience working with large multinational and diverse organisations in India
- Bachelors Degree from a top-ranked university in India (NIRF Rank below 50)
- Demonstrated career stability and committment, with no frequent job changes
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .Net, etc.) and APIs
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to occassionally travel to client sites
- LLM/Prompt Engineering experience, enterprise SaaS exposure, consulting or solution engineering background
- Customer-first, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by delivering tangible client outcomes.
