Role Overview
The ServiceNow CLM Implementation Lead will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, integrating, and automating the Certificate Lifecycle Management solution within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on onboarding, discovery, governance, renewal automation, deployment automation, and lifecycle management for approximately 10,000 internal and external SSL/TLS certificates across enterprise environments. The candidate will collaborate with PKI teams, ServiceNow developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, cloud teams, and application owners to establish a centralized certificate management capability.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct certificate inventory and discovery activities across enterprise environments.
Assess current certificate lifecycle processes, certificate authorities, and integrations.
Identify certificate ownership, dependencies, and application mappings.
Validate CMDB readiness and certificate asset relationships.
Develop migration and onboarding strategy for 10,000 certificates
Deploy and configure ServiceNow Certificate Management/CLM modules.
Design certificate lifecycle workflows
Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and governance models.
Design service catalog offerings related to certificate services
Integrate ServiceNow CLM with Required Internal and External CAs and PAM,AD,CMDB, LB,

Configure certificate auto-renewal workflows.
Implement API-driven certificate issuance and provisioning.
Automate certificate deployment to servers, applications, load balancers, and cloud environments.
Configure notifications, escalation workflows, and compliance monitoring.
Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Define integration architecture, security controls, and operational workflows.
Establish certificate governance standards and operational procedures.
Design automation frameworks for certificate provisioning and renewal.
Define disaster recovery, backup, and recovery procedures for CLM operations.
Lead SIT, UAT, and Production deployment activities.
Validate certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and deployment workflows.
Execute automation testing for integrated environments.
Coordinate CAB approvals and production rollout activities.
Ensure successful onboarding of target certificate inventory.
Develop SOPs, Runbooks, and Operations Documentation.
Configure dashboards, reporting, and certificate health monitoring.
Establish operational governance and KPI reporting.
Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions.
Transition solution to operational support teams
