As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve project goals. Python + automation testing Must have Familiarity with AI tool Experience building test frameworks running on a pipeline. - Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project objectives and quality standards.




- Facilitate communication and coordination between quality engineering and other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team's success.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to identify potential quality risks and areas for improvement.
- Experience in defining and tracking key quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing within agile environments.
