We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Migration Consultant to join a critical enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale data migration initiatives, with expertise in managing end-to-end migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business continuity.

Required Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) .
Proven expertise in Oracle to Salesforce data migration projects.
Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, best practices, and governance.
Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
Ability to work with complex data models and large datasets in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies and activities.
Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
Manage large-volume and complex data migrations with minimal impact on business operations.
Identify and resolve migration-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
Provide post-migration validation, support, and optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
