Paper Plane Tales is looking for an Account & Project Management Lead to keep our client work, teams and timelines moving smoothly.

You should have 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, creative studio or similar environment , with strong experience in account management, client servicing and project management.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen . Someone who can look at 10 moving pieces, figure out what needs to happen next, get the right people moving, spot problems early and keep everyone aligned.

Project & people management are the most important skills for this role.
You should also have a good understanding of brand-building and digital marketing services including branding, websites & technology, campaigns, social media, content, performance marketing and more.
Creative and strategic thinking, experience working with freelancers, and an understanding of agency commercials are a bonus.

Job Role:
Account & Project Management




Own end-to-end execution of client projects, from planning to delivery
Build and manage project timelines, task lists and priorities
Coordinate internal teams, freelancers and external partners
Keep deliverables moving and proactively identify delays, dependencies and bottlenecks
Ensure briefs are explicit and teams have what they need to execute
Maintain visibility on project status, budgets, timelines and key deliverables
Escalate issues early and come to the team with solutions, not just problems
Client Management
Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships
Keep clients updated on progress, timelines and deliverables
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal actions
Identify opportunities to improve the account experience and grow the relationship
Team & Freelancer Management
Coordinate and manage internal teams across multiple projects
Work with PPT's freelancer network to identify, brief and manage the right talent for projects
Ensure teams have clear ownership, timelines and expectations
Keep people accountable while maintaining a healthy working relationship
Strategy & Growth
Bring strategic and creative inputs where relevant
Understand PPT's services well enough to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Support new business pitches, presentations and proposals
Contribute to account planning and growth discussions

Support marketing and brand-building initiatives for Paper Plane Tales
Help improve internal processes and ways of working as the agency grows
