Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the complete technical operations of the mall, including MEP, electrical, fire & safety, facility maintenance, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Elevators/Escalators, Plumbing, STP/WTP and MEP systems.

- Oversee Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel and Smoke Detection systems.

- Ensure fire safety compliance, drills, documentation and Fire NOC coordination.

- Plan preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.

- Manage AMC vendors,



contractors and SLAs.

- Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Coordinate tenant fit-outs and minor civil works.

- Oversee CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi, BMS and basic IT/POS infrastructure.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in Mall / Commercial Facility / Large Building Technical Operations.

- Solid knowledge of MEP, Electrical and Fire Safety.

- Knowledge of NBC and local fire safety regulations.

- Experience in vendor/AMC management.

- Basic knowledge of BMS, CCTV and IT infrastructure preferred.

- Fire Safety certification preferred.
