Summary:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive in Pune. The company is India’s largest and most definitive destination for fine writing instruments and accessories, and a leader in personalized corporate gifting. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth retail operations. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, confident in communication, and passionate about achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of products and services to customers efficiently.

- Create an interactive, engaging, and reassuring in-store experience to build customer confidence and loyalty.

- Follow the prescribed selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.

- Utilize time effectively by upgrading communication skills, gaining product and SOP knowledge, and managing stock efficiently.

- Complete operational duties including paperwork, billing processes, and sales reports related to store opening and closing procedures.





- Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, billing, and after-sales support.

- Achieve established sales targets by promoting and selling products and services.

- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.

- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Stand for extended hours (up to 100% of the shift) while assisting customers on the sales floor.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Female candidates only.

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Retail Sales.

- Must be available to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

- Well-groomed, highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

- Good command of spoken English.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
