About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder to join our growing IT and web development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with freelance platforms, lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

If you have a proven track record of winning projects and building strong, long-term relationships with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.

- Research client requirements and create customized, persuasive proposals.

- Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

- Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and other requirements.

- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful deals.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with developers, designers, and other technical team members.

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Track bidding activity, leads, conversions,



and overall business development performance.

- Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and opportunities within the IT and web development industry.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, lead generation, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Good understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital services.

- Robust proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work.

- Comfortable working with US/international time zones.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
