Dr. Morepen Home is building a premium healthcare benefit for companies that want to offer

senior employees and their families convenient, high-quality medical care at home.

The offering is designed for organisations where employee experience, retention and executive

wellbeing matter. Employees and their families can access doctor visits at home, preventive

care, vaccinations, annual health checks and coordinated everyday healthcare through one

managed program.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales skilled to build this business across

leading corporates, MNCs, consulting firms, financial institutions, technology companies and

other organisations with high-value workforces.

What You Will Own

• Build and manage a pipeline of large corporate accounts.

• Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and

senior People leaders.

• Position Dr. Morepen Home as a premium employee and family healthcare benefit.

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposals, pilots,

negotiations and closure.

• Build commercial plans based on employee population, seniority, utilisation and benefit

budgets.

• Navigate multiple stakeholders across HR, procurement, finance and leadership.

• Build channel relationships with perks consultants, HR advisors and corporate

intermediaries.

• Drive annual contracts, renewals, account expansion and additional employee coverage.

• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting.





• Work closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure a strong client and employee

experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise / B2B sales experience

• Strong existing relationships with senior HR, CHRO, Total Rewards or Compensation &

Benefits leaders.

• Proven experience selling into large corporates and MNCs.

• Track record of closing meaningful annual enterprise contracts.

• Strong understanding of how HR teams evaluate and purchase employee benefits.

• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.

• High ownership and ability to independently build pipeline and close business

• Experience in employee perks, healthcare, insurance, wellness, HRTech or related

enterprise services is strongly preferred.
