Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – L2 with 4–7 years of hands-on SAP PS consulting experience to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement and AMS projects in the Power Generation Equipment / Engineering / EPC domain.

The role involves supporting end-to-end project lifecycle processes including project planning, WBS, networks, budgeting, CAPEX, procurement integration, cost monitoring, settlement and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PS including Project Definitions, WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones and Budgeting.
- Support project lifecycle from planning, scheduling and budgeting through execution, commissioning and financial closure.
- Handle CAPEX/project budgeting, commitments, actual costs, variance analysis and project reporting.
- Configure and support SAP PS–MM integration for project procurement.
- Support Settlement Rules and Asset Under Construction (AuC) integration.
- Integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, PM, SD, PP, QM and Asset Accounting.
- Analyze business requirements for engineering, manufacturing, EPC and capital projects.
- Prepare Functional Specifications, configuration documents, test scripts and user manuals.




- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Fiori and Integration teams.
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Support data migration, validation, incident resolution and RCA within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live production support.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of hands-on SAP PS consulting experience.
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA PS implementation/support.
- Hands-on knowledge of:

- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Budgeting & Availability Control
- Cost Planning / Commitments / Actuals
- Settlement
- CAPEX / AuC
- PS–MM & PS–FI/CO integration
- Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, power, energy or capital-project environments is preferred.
- Good understanding of project execution and financial closure processes.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
