Core Systems & Architecture: Deep architectural understanding of VisionPLUS (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) and IST Switch / ATM Switch integration. Simulators & Bench Management: Expertise in configuring and governing testing environments using VTS, OTS, ISO 8583 Messaging, ATM Simulators, POS Simulators, and Host Simulators. Lead & Delivery Management: Proven success in Test Strategy formulation, test planning, effort estimation, environment readiness, defect triage leadership, and risk mitigation. 2. KEY LEADERSHIP & TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the offshore Cards testing track, overseeing test plan creation, scope validation, and execution deliverables. Drive daily/weekly defect triage meetings with cross-functional development teams, business analysts, and Middle East client stakeholders. Provide technical mentorship to engineers on ISO 8583 message parsing,
